Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

I have B, not D. but it's a multi size that fits both. the padding on the inside looks more sturdy than similar product. it's very well build. very strong. I 've waited a while so I can value it after I 've used it. No doubt, it's the best sports bra I 've ever bought and that effectively does its function of keeping the chest in place. Negative aspect. Now in summer it's very hot to be thick-knit. If you wash it with the filling on, it comes out of the washing machine completely twisted, so you finally have to take it out to place it properly and it takes a while. At first I noticed it wider, but with the washings I feel it fits my size better. It's very comfortable and my shoulder straps are no longer sliding. I haven't had a problem buttoning it like I read in other comments. You start with the highest closure, and you're following with your finger on the same line.
